                   Add $UI_CW_Role to TD. First CW Item added for
                   cascading translation.
                   CONST _FRMROLE removed, no longer used in
                   production code, with the exception of legacy
                   TD support in UILang.
             Code: Support UILang & Legacy translation data formats.
        Update(s): TD Migration Matrix.
                   Unit Tests.
