<a href="https://github.com/wikimedia/parsoid/commit/59fd077b2">Stop generating an old dom when none is provided

Fetching the content is desirable since it means that clients don&#39;t have
to store that, but reparsing the dom won&#39;t necessarily result in a match
with the modified dom, resulting is who knows what during selective
serialization.
