transform get_computer and get_code into fixtures (#22)

 * transform get_computer and get_code into fixtures
 * hide deprecation warnings from other packages
   don't bother new users with deprecation warnings caused by other packages 
   (django, plumpy, aiida)
 * add default resources to calculation class
   this allowed to simplify the example script and the tests
 * move get_code and get_computer functions into "helpers"
   and reuse them in the fixtures in order to maintain test coverage

 * bump version for b1 release
 * remove obsolete suppression of psycopg2 warnings
 * fixes from cookiecutter
 * improve coverage by removing computer=None option
 * remove pytest.mark that was anyhow not used
