fix(filterPattern): Fixing API Gateway filter pattern

The recent update to serverless that adds support for API Gateway logs creates
access logs with a format that is incompatible with Cloudwatch subscription
filters. The format is also not currently customizable. This should be fixed in
the future, and the feature request can be tracked here:
