lib: add AsSSortedList method ...

... for collections that already are strictly sorted lists.

This ensures that `AsSet([1..n])` returns [1..n] instead of creating a
new plain list.

The new methods are installed with SUM_FLAGS as rank adjustment since we
want to beat all other methods.

Adds tests that ensure that calling `AsSet` on an immutable set returns
the set itself.
