WrapTemplates.php: Some DRYing out so we can add phan annotations

* phan seems to type stdclass objects across all of their instances.
  In this case, Link Handler code in html -> wt uses a stdclass
  with a target property and that seems to be confusing phan.

  Hat tip: Brad Jorsch who discovered this phan bug.
