Make deadgrep-executable a custom that defaults to "rg"

This was changed in #5, but as discussed in #40, there's a risk that
we end up with `deadgrep-executable` set to nil.

Use a simple string name for the executable instead.

Expose the setting to Customize, so users are more likely to discover
it.
