Migrated manage_catalogIndexes from dtml to zpt (#75)

* Migrated manage_catalogIndexes from dtml to zpt. Restored sorting mechanism (adapted from and inspired by default folder listing)

* Provide a fix for Unauthorized when using with indexes which have security (for instance ZCTextIndex)

* Fix error with indexes which do not provide an `indexSize` method (like the Gopip index in Plone)
