Use original base image tags for autorebuild refs

When an autorebuild is triggered, the pull_base_image plugin changes the
tag of the base image to use a specific digest to pull the new image.
Since other plugins do not have direct access to such tag when iterating
through the parent images, we save the parent_images_digest reference
for the new image using the tag of the original base image, so the
koji_parent plugin can check the koji build digest against the actual
manifest digest of the new image.
