feature(docs) Add swagger/openapi doc (#78)

First step towards formally documenting the external API for flask-security.

Currently /login, /logout, /register are documented.

Using openapi 3.0 since it supports different responses based on mime-types.
Alas there is limited support for generating (nice) docs for 3.0 at this time.
