Fixes Label cutoff in saved images of PosTag and ConfusionMatrix Visualizer (#770)

In the gallery, Visualizer produced images are saved to disk.  We found in particular that the saved images for PosTagVisualizer and ConfusionMatrix was being produced with cutoff labels.  This PR remedies this by overriding poof for the two visualizers and adds show kwargs - bbox_inches = tight.
