Improve Audio Input Property

Refactored the `AudioInput` class to longer be hardcoded to a multilingual/french-only "voice_audio" and "voice_message" properties.

The `AudioInput` class continues to support the default behaviour where the audio property is the Input's main property.

Added:
- [PHP] Methods to assign a dedicated property/value for the "audio" pane
- [PHP] Methods to assign a dedicated property/value for the "text" pane

Changed:
- [PHP] Cleanup class `AudioInput` to support custom properties for "text" and "audio"
- [JS] Cleanup coding syntax and block comments in 'property/audio.js'

Fixed:
- [JS] Scope of query selectors in 'property/audio.js'
- [JS] Trimming of whitespace in `Charcoal.Admin.Property_Input_Audio.prototype.text_strip_tags`
