#33 Book cover

 - new Image class that can be serialized and deserialized using base64 encoding/decoding
 - books list does display the book cover together with the book description when
   clicking on the book title.
 - book importer extended to load a jpg with same name as the book yaml file
   merging both together before storing into the database
 - the image is embedded into the book (not as own separate column)
