Refactoring of the arguments management

- Removed the local implementation of application and implemented the required features directly into a kingpin fork
- Simplified the configuration of environment variables & flag aliases
- Changed the layout of the help to make it more readable
- Removed the global variable app and the need to supply global variables to many function
- Improved some tests to make them more robust
- Better garbage collecting on test resources (there were some leaks)
- Do not print stack on managed error unless TGF_DEBUG is set
