Volumes: fix deletion of annotated volumes

Due to referential integrety in Postgres, the deletion wasn't allowed so
far. Neither CASCADE or a manual DELETE was used for the table
class_instance_class_instance, linking annotations to volumes. This is
fixed now by an explicit removal from that table.
