Updated dataclasses to store new data on www.pcpartpicker.com and fixed HTML parsing (#24)

* Update brands.py

* Updated parse_utils to account for new pcpartpicker data additions

* Fixed parser logic

* Removed doc strings from individual fields in parts

They were getting in the way and weren't helpful. Also updated the fields of each part so that they can store the new data.

* Update requirements.txt

* Fixed tests

* Added Graphitene brand
