Merge branch 'unexpectedSnapshot'

* unexpectedSnapshot: (25 commits)
  Fix indentation when injecting into an expect call spread across multiple lines
  Add /test/tmp/ to .gitignore
  Update ignore files
  Fix trailing whitespace

  Restructure tests, also test that the injected test suite passes
