UI: recognize numpad delete as regular delete

It turns out that the numpad delete key produces a NUL (\0) key
character (UTF/ASCC code 0) rather than "Delete" like the regular delete
key (if numlock is disabled). This is fixed now by rewriting a \0 key
coming from the numpad as regular "Delete". It can now therefore be used
just like the regular delete key.
