* feat(author): complete author route crud

- Move and modify create author test from auth.spec.js
  to author.spec.js.
- Write test for read update and delete author.
- Create routes for read, update, and delete author.
- Write validation and controllers for each route.
- Add --exit to package.json.
- Modify author route definition in index.js to allow uniformity.
- Skip all mail test, till further notice.
- Convert getAuthors to getSingleAuthor Controller.
- Update validation and test scripts to cater for changes.
