Commit Message

Improve import performance (#5)

* Fix geolocation table constrain design by removing unique_geolocation_ck constrain in favor to make the column ip_address unique.
* Improve import performance to allow parse large files.
* Implemented operation in make file`make cmdimport FILE=<filepath>`  to allow parser file located in the filesystem.
