Some minor html2wt cleanup: Remove prototype injection

* Use the various helper classes as helper classes and define
  stub methods in WikitextSerializer that call the utility methods
  to do the dirty work instead of injecting those methods into
  the prototype of WikitextSerializer in the constructor.
