Commit Message

Refactored the classes `DoctrineCollectionSequenceHandler` and `TypedCollectionSequenceHandler`, because they share a lot of the same logic (duplicate code).
Added an abstract class: `AbstractCollectionSequenceHandler` and implement the templating design pattern.
