Cast from complex<double>* to double*

This cast is explicitly supported in C++11, as std::complex<T> pointers
are required to be binary compatible with T pointers. We were implicitly
relying on this binary compatibility until now, this reinterpret_cast
only makes this guarantee explicit, and shuts a warning on several
compilers.
