Fix implicit closing of certain tags.

This adds implicit-close rules for several tags that weren't already
covered in the code, based on the rules outlined in the spec:
https://www.w3.org/TR/html5/syntax.html#optional-tags

Notably, this improves how p tags are implicitly closed.

Fixes #265.
