Added a test which assert a `HandlerException` will be thrown when a `\ReflectionException` exception will be thrown.
In order to assert this the `ObjectPropertyHandler` class needs to be extended so the test can enforce this case, maybe this is a little bit too much of a good thing.
I think for regression this is a good thing to do. Also because this library only should throw exceptions which are extending from `Jojo1981\DataResolver\Exception\ResolverException`.
