pfalconextmod/modutimeq: Disable stable put/get order for entries with the same time Disabling it allows to save a word per entry (20% memory overhead). A typical intended usecase for this module (task schedulers) shouldn't/wouldn't depend on stable order for sleeping tasks (ones delayed for some period). E.g., with this change, uasyncio will have stable round-robin order for runnable tasks, but won't maintain it for sleeping tasks. Keep this behavior configurable though. Change-Id: Ic1d7b80e5
