Reading and Writing Binary Data Array Variable Files (#538)

* refactor(mfdata): Refactor of mfdata and datastorage to break up the mfdata.py and break out data file access into its own classes

* feat(binary arrays): Added support for reading and writing binary data variable files.

* feat(binary files): Additional feature code + example added to notebook

* feat(binary files): Added code to handle case where writing variable data from dis package to binary file. This is a special case since the dis package is used to build the binary file header. Test added for this case.

* fix(get data): numpy type fix

* fix(codacy): fixes to meet standards for codacy check

* fix(python2.7): Added explicit inheritance from "object" and a few more codacy standard fixes.

* refactor(file access): code cleanup
