Commit Message

#6 Fixed old dependencies remains and causes conflicting versions.

Added `jarDependenciesDir` option.
This separates local jar files.
JARs will be copied into `jarDependenciesDir`, and classpath entries will also be added.
To avoid the issue above, you should set `jarDependenciesDir` to some directory and `cleanLibsDirectoryEnabled` to `true`.
