* Added ability to pass initial features to the drawing layer when using draw feature on MapView

* Fixed various bugs with new initial features in drawing layer

* Added snapping capabilities to MapView!!!!!

* Adds default arguments to controls and initial for MVDraw, initial control in Pan.
Adds support for snapping to vector sources.
Adds test cases to address the new MVDraw snapping features.
Linted

* Adds full support for styles on vector-based MVLayers:
* add 'style' option to layer_options dict to specify style directly
* add 'style_map' option to layer_options dict to map based on geometry type
Updates documentation and gizmo showcase to use new style options.
