Preserve chunk boundaries in hybrid tokenizer; make token tracing work

Preserve parity between the hybrid and JS modes by marking/restoring
chunk boundaries and generating trace/peg output.  This allows us to
more easily compare output between the JS and hybrid tokenizer modes
using --trace=peg.
