Improve Mock Promise. Add additonal promise mocking API

This update improves the Mock Promise class by implementing a (slightly
modified) Promise polyfill, complete with Promise.all and then, catch,
and finally.

This update also adds a "promise queue" with a promise resolving middleware.

This allows the user to use 2 new `cy` APIs:

`cy.forceAllPromisesToReject` and `cy.forceAllPromisesToResolve`

When `cy.useFakePromises` is instantiated, the user can force all Promises
to eithe resolve or reject. The value/reason can also be modified by passing
a callback function to either methods.
