[[CHORE]] Relocate warnings to token-parsing fns

The `advance` function is used throughout JSHint to move through the
token stream. In this context, numbers and additive expressions are
relatively uncommon. In order to clarify the purpose of the `advance`
function (and to avoid performing comparisons which are most often
unneeded), relocate the warnings to the functions dedicated to parsing
the affected tokens.
