Catch `IOError` in `CalcJobNode` methods to get scheduler output (#2750)

The methods `get_scheduler_stdout` and `get_scheduler_stderr` were
catching `exceptions.NotExistent` to catch the situation where the files
would not exist in the retrieved folder, but the repository function
they are calling are actually throwing an `IOError` in that case.
