Add the possibility to filter file globs by regex. (#243)

* add the possibility to filter file globs by regex.

This is an improvement over removing files from the streams after they have been scraped. For larger file scrapings (e.g. kubernetes logs) this will result in less overhead.

* add integrationtest for glob file reading

* update docs for file consumer

* simplify blacklist setup
