docs/UserGuide: re-structure content and add more images (#207)

Although there is some sort of contnt flow in in our User Guide, it is 
not sufficient for readers to navigate our user guide efficiently.

Additionally, we have yet to provide clear notation to allow our reader
to understand our GUI easily.

General commands such as `clear` do not provide the user with a clear
illustration on what is expected after running the `clear` command.

Let's update the `UserGuide` to re-structure the content flow and:
* add labels to the GUI
* change to smaller font for figure descriptions (e.g. `Figure X`)
* clean up the FAQ section
* add images to better illustrate general commands
