Refine job submission form (#2542)

* Refine job submission form:

1. Only show the following fields in job form by default:
    - `jobName`
    - `image`
    - `virtualCluster`
    - `taskRoles`
2. Only show the following fields in taskRole form by default:
    - `name`
    - `taskNumber`
    - `cpuNumber`
    - `memoryMB`
    - `gpuNumber`
    - `command`
3. Rename item in taskRoles to "taskRole"
4. Rename item in portList to "port"
5. Patch the label of Properties button to "More Properties"
