Fixes several bugs for SWE1:
- When opening Vivide, ensure that ViToolSet is active, yet, set it to its previous value on close.
- Fixes #groupsMinimal for new profiles
- Fixes the default value for the active script-change notifier to fall back to the singleton instance. This is important if Vivide is not active (or running) at the time of Vivide-related code execution.
