<a href="https://github.com/wikimedia/parsoid/commit/beb1aadfa">Support splicing more PHP components into the parse pipeline

* Initial support for Tokenizer, DOMDiff, DOMNormalizer in place.
  - This is good enough for now and has exposed a number of bugs
    in all the three previously ported components.
  - Mocking needs to be completed to let the tokenizer tests to
    run green with --wt2html option to parserTests.

* Framework in place for supporting other pipeline stages, but
  once that code is ported, missing pieces would have to be filled in.
  - SyncTokenTransformManager
  - AsyncTokenTransformManager
  - HTML5TreeBuilder
  - DOMPostProcessor

* Updated the auto-ported files to be in sync with the JS code so that
  other runs of js2php don&#39;t dirty them.
