Integration test: Fix bond dhcp test case

The test case 'test_dhcp_for_bond_with_ip_address_and_slave' will
randomly fail with error:

```
connection.py              183 WARNING  Connection unavailable on
connection_id bond99, retrying
nmclient.py                190 WARNING  NM main-loop timed out.
```

It is caused by bond slave interface not activated before bond master
which leave master with no slave, no link carrier(interface state: down)
which lead to IPv4 DHCP timeout.

To workaround this issue, just activate bond99 profile with no IPv4
address and ignore verification on link state. After all profiles got
created, changed bond99 to DHCP.
