* uplift to use a better test approach

* no need to check err as we can return it anyways

* remove RunCommands, rewrite code to reflect new RunCommand interface

* fix issue with the CLI cmds

* fix  formatting directive %q with log.fatal

* fixing test for execute pkg

* readding cmd

* updating tests and improving prompt function

* executed go mod tidy

* use Fatalln, and return error from UpdateFile if there is an error writing back to the cntlm.conf
