Remove vaadin-app-layout-mixin (#78)

* Remove vaadin-app-layout-mixin

Mixin made sense when there was two components sharing behavior on the
first prototype, but it's not needed now.

Also, fix _isShadyCSS method due a typo

* Fix jsdoc
