Update dom diff mocha tests

* Use a common test format for tests and use a test runner function.
* Add more specs for all tests to test for diff markers in attributes
  which the PHP port needs to be tested against.
* Makes it "simpler' to add new tests (as long as one is familiar with
  the CSS selector formats).
* The -f <search-string> works with mocha even with this format
  since the test runner function generates a new test for each entry
  in the test array.
* Added two new tests that exercise some more code paths.
