training/decanlp: fix "cp" invocation

-T means the opposite of what we want: it means treat the second
argument as the destination filename, no matter what it looks like.

Instead, we want to pass nothing and treat the last argument as the
directory to copy into (because we have 2 files so the last argument
must be a directory)
