Travis: Add valgrind testing, rewrite with clang and gcc and xenial and macOS (#189)

* Travis: Rewrite with clang, gcc and xenial, MacOS. closes #122

Adds valgrind+linux testing, macOS valgrind is not properly working yet
Adds clang and gcc to linux
Adds ccache to speed up builds
Adds testing of SvtAv1EncApp, ffmpeg plugin, and SvtAv1EncApp with stdin input
Adds stages going from Release+base ffmpeg to Coveralls+debug to valgrind
Has Gstreamer and ffmpeg test builds

* Supress no symbols warning for macOS
