<a href="https://github.com/wikimedia/parsoid/commit/598a0ce48">Add unit tests for ConstrainedText framework

In the process of writing these tests, stumbled across T220018, which is
a corner case bug in how we do escapes of square brackets.  Added
parser tests showing the issue which I added to the parser test
blacklist.
