Updating/improving documentation

A few words have been added to the changelog regarding the changes
around volume management in NGAS. Also there were a few bits that were
not exactly correct in the description of the storage set configuration
options, so those have been corrected, along with the addition of an
explanation of Server.VolumeDirectory property.
