<a href="https://github.com/wikimedia/parsoid/commit/3e4a233e8">Migrate all js-php hybrid pipeline code to its own directory in tests

* Keeps this growing code out of the main codebase and its own file
  namespace instead of clutting them all over. We can potentially
  reuse components between files.
