Now builds via Conan (#137)

* Implemented Conan package

* Updated Travis scripts for Conan.

* Copies required dependent shared objects so that tests can be run.

* Builds using Conan so that options are transferred from the install line properly

* Fixed Travis script to compile with tests

* Better configuration for sanitizer/coverage

Since these are not yet Conan options, they don't work with conan build.
So we use conan build to generate the basic cmake setup and then
tack on the extras needed, before reverting to make.

* Changed cmake list functions for set due to inadvertent semi-colons.

* Incremented version of JSON dependency to work around an issue.

GMock was choking on the nlohmann::json object equality operators,
which was fixed in version 3.3.

* Removed conan packages from consideration of coverage.
