Cache the Docker image in Travis

Unfortunately it does not seem to help much in reality.

The Original Docker Hub Image
=============================

Download time: 25s

The New OBS Built Image
=======================

Without caching
----------------

Download time: 45s
Difference: +20s

With caching
------------

Not cached yet (initial build):
  - cache downloading: 0s
  - image building: 45s
  - cache upload: 35s
Difference: +55s

Up to date cache:
  - cache downloading: 13s
  - image building: 17s
  - cache upload: 0s
Difference: +5s

Outdated cache:
  - cache downloading: 13s
  - image building: 17[*]+45
  - cache upload: 35s
Difference: +85s

[*] theoretically we could avoid that 17s delay caused by importing the old image,
    we would need to get the build checksum from the Docker tarball and
    compare it with the checksum obtained from the Docker registry via an API call
