Commit Message

throw an exception if the conf file does not exist

Previously, we would try to load it, get nothing, and then get an error:

    isa check for "config" failed: undef is not a HashRef! at (eval 656)
    line 30.

So now we check for the file as we construct the container.

Fixes #38
